Location: Scottsdale, AZ

Compensation: $100,000-$125,000 base salary + bonus plan

We are seeking a highly analytical and business-minded Senior Financial Analyst to join our growing finance team during an exciting phase of organizational expansion. This role will serve as a trusted partner to the executive leadership team, providing critical financial insights and supporting key decision-making across Treasury, FP&A, and Strategic Finance functions.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and enjoys working directly with C-suite leaders on initiatives that influence company performance, capital allocation, growth strategy, and operational effectiveness.

What You'll Do

  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes.
  • Develop financial models to evaluate business performance, investment opportunities, and growth initiatives.
  • Analyze monthly operating results and provide actionable insights to executive leadership.
  • Create executive-level reporting packages, dashboards, and KPI analyses.
  • Partner with department leaders to understand business drivers and identify opportunities for improved performance.
  • Support liquidity management, cash flow forecasting, and working capital optimization.
  • Monitor cash positions and provide recommendations regarding capital deployment.
  • Assist with banking relationships, debt management, and treasury operations.
  • Develop tools and analyses to improve cash forecasting accuracy and visibility.
  • Evaluate strategic initiatives, market opportunities, and investment decisions through detailed financial modeling.
  • Support mergers and acquisitions analysis, due diligence, and integration planning as needed.
  • Prepare board, lender, and investor-facing financial presentations and analyses.
  • Conduct scenario planning, sensitivity analyses, and strategic forecasting exercises.
  • Collaborate directly with senior executives on growth initiatives, expansion opportunities, and business cases.
  • Serve as a strategic finance resource to the CEO, CFO, and executive leadership team.
  • Translate complex financial data into clear business recommendations.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders with confidence and credibility.
  • Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives tied to company growth objectives.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 4-8+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory, Corporate Development, Treasury, or a related analytical finance role.
  • Advanced financial modeling and forecasting expertise.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, cash flow analysis, and key business metrics.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial planning systems.
  • Experience creating executive-level presentations and reporting materials.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and influence decision-making.

Preferred

  • MBA, CFA, CPA, or other relevant professional designation.
  • Experience in a private equity-backed, high-growth, or rapidly scaling organization.
  • Exposure to M&A, strategic planning, or corporate development initiatives.
  • Experience with ERP systems and Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
